How to renew your service early
We have enabled the option for customers to renew their services early. This means that you can choose to renew your service before the current billing cycle ends, allowing you to avoid any potential service interruptions and ensure continuous access to your services.
in the guide below, we will show you how to renew your service early.
- Start by logging in to your account. You can visit https://billing.hyperlayer.net/index.php/login directly and log in.
- After logging in, you will see your dashboard. Click on
Services. - Select the specific service that you want to renew early.
- on the left side navigation menu, click on renew services.
- Choose your services and click add to cart.
- once added to the cart, proceed to checkout and complete the payment process.
We have enabled the following renewal windows (before the due date):
- Monthly: 25 days
- Quarterly: 30 days
- Semi-Annually: 60 days
- Annually: 90 days
