1. Sign in to the game control panel.
2. Navigate to the left-hand side and locate user management, then select create a sub user.

3. Input a desired Username and Password for the sub-user.

4. Access the Profile tab and provide an Email address (optional: fill in any additional fields).

5. Proceed to the Game/Voice Service Permissions section and grant the sub-user the appropriate permissions for the relevant service.

6. Save your changes by clicking the designated save button.
